描述

4-Bromobenzoboronic acid 是用于钯催化的 Suzuki-Miyaura 交叉偶联、串联型 Pd(II) 催化的氧化 Heck 反应和分子内 CH 酰胺化序列的试剂。它还用于制备蛋白质调节剂和酶抑制剂和激酶抑制剂，以及具有潜在抗肿瘤活性的基于没食子酸酯的 obovatol 类似物。它可用作铜介导的芳基硼酸与氟代烷基碘的无配体需氧氟烷基化反应、Pd 催化的炔烃束缚烯醛或烯酮的芳基化环化反应（通过炔烃的碳钯化）、铜催化的交叉偶联反应。
