8-Anilino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid (ANS) 是一种重要的染料，用于研究蛋白质折叠/解折叠途径的中间状态。检查与蛋白质聚集有关的构象变化也很有用。 ANS 在水溶液中不发荧光，但在与 BSA（牛血清白蛋白）和变性蛋白结合后会发出强烈的荧光。用于检测血清中的白蛋白。 ANS 主要与溶剂暴露的非极性（疏水）位点相互作用。
