描述

溴甲酚绿主要用于测定血清白蛋白。在酸性条件下，溴甲酚绿与白蛋白相互作用，从而导致 630nm 处的吸光度增加。吸光度的变化与白蛋白的浓度有关。溴甲酚绿也是一种 pH 指示剂，从黄色 (pH 4.0) 变为蓝色 (5.4)。
