6-Amino-1-hexanethiol Hydrochloride can be useful in the synthesis and characterization of a new benzamide-containing nitrobenzoxadiazole as a GSTP1-1 inhibitor endowed with high stability to metabolic hydrolysis. It can also be useful in the preparation of polymeric micelles for GSH-triggered delivery of arsenic species to cancer cells.
