(S)-(-)-1-Amino-2-(methoxymethyl)pyrrolidine is a disubstituted pyrrolidine. (S)-(-)-1-Amino-2-(methoxymethyl)pyrrolidine undergoes condensation reactions with carbonyl compounds to produce hydrazones which are useful for highly enantioselective synthesis.
