(2R,5R)-(+)-5-Benzyl-3-methyl-2-(5-methyl-2-furyl)-4-imidazolidinone is a reactant used in the preparation of allyl heterocycles using palladium-catalyzed allylic amination of allylic alcohols with heterocycles.
