N,N-Dimethyl-4-azepanamine Dihydrochloride (CAS# 1242240-28-3) can be used in the preparation of substituted sulfonyl triazoles and related heteroaryl compounds as as NLRP3 inhibitors useful in treatment and prophylaxis of diseases. It is also used in the preparation of 4-arylsulfonyl-3-(2-amino-2-oxoethyl)-3,4-dihydro-2(1H)-pyrazinone derivatives as bradykinin B1 receptor antagonists for treatment of pain and inflammation.
