1,1-Dimethylethyl N-methyl-N-(4-nitrophenyl)carbamate an intermediate in the synthesis of (3Z)-2,3-Dihydro-3-[[[4-(methylamino)phenyl]amino]phenylmethylene]-2-oxo-1H-Indole-6-carboxylic Acid Methyl Ester (D492443), an impurity of Nintedanib (N478290), an angiokinase inhibitor and is used in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Also inhibits the process blood vessel formation which may be used to assist in cancer therapy.
