(R)-Laudanosine N-3-((5-Hydroxypentyl)oxy)-3-oxopropyl Benzenesulfonate is an impurity of Cisatracurium (C496700), an enantiomer of a neuromuscular blocking agent. It could be used in liver transplant patient with safety.
