Perfluoro-2,5,8-trimethyl-3,6,9-trioxadodecanoic acid, methyl ester (CAS# 39187-47-8) is a fluorocarbon surfactant, and can be functionalized further to an amine(polyfluoroalkoxyacyl)imide for use as an emulsifier.
