[1-(Trifluoromethyl)cyclobutyl]methanamine Hydrochloride is a salt analog of [1-(Trifluoromethyl)cyclobutyl]methanamine (CAT# T898778), which may be useful in the preparation of thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-6-carboxamides as androgen receptor modulators for treatment of prostate cancer. [1-(Trifluoromethyl)cyclobutyl]methanamine may also be useful in the preparation of aminopyridinyl pyrazolecarboxamides as modulators of RORγt.
